It's because basketball is literally the only sport they have that is worth investing faith in.. Think about it, their football is a punching bag while baseball is irrelavant. They are unhappy people for 7 months out of the year and get off on harrassing other fan bases that actually have reason to not be depressed for 7 long months every year.

Let me see this data please. Over what period of time? Over the course of Perry's career? I highly doubt the data indicates otherwise, considering the NCAA tournament, but if you can provide me data otherwise please let me know. I am well aware KU has beat the crap out of the Big 12 for nearly half my lifetime. I also know KU has 2008 and 2012, but for a team who is consistently a top seed, they have been rather disappointing.

Ah what the heck...

Georgetown, not KU, has undeniably been the most disappointing NCAA tourney team of the last decade. Not. Even. Close.

I find it humorous to see people getting bent out of shape over anything that Kellen has tweeted. There is no Shocker fan who should be offended by anything he's done. Just because some Jayhawk fans didn't like it, who cares. It shouldn't hurt recruiting, and Kellen is one of the most loyal Shocker supporters out there. Gregg can monitor his own kid. As long as he doesn't begin to criticize individual players on our team or on other teams, say inappropriate things, etc., I just don't get the problem.
