Given time, team, and score, I would imagine this is the biggest.

SBNation had a pretty good recap with gifs:
Depending on which probability calculator you ask, Northern Iowa had a 99.99 or 100 percent chance at winning with 40 seconds to go. They lost in double overtime.

Most predictors had UNI at 99.9% chance to win. At 69-57 with 45 seconds remaining Pomeroy said A&M had a 0% chance of wining, but the best was the Bill James lead calculator which with an 8 point lead and 26 seconds to go pronounced "Yes the lead is 100% safe."

LeBron James on Texas A&M's 12-point comeback in the last 35 seconds against Northern Iowa: "I have not watched any of the tournament. I did see a clip of the last 20 seconds of that game and I would quit basketball. If I was on Northern Iowa I would quit. You're up eight with 20-plus seconds, you're up five with 10 seconds, I would quit. Yeah, I would quit."
