Coach had no comment, for the show, about going to a new league. I took it that he has an opinion. On playing Morris and Grady at the same time, Grady needs to be a better 4.

I only ask you a question so presumptuous that you would know his opinion because I know that you know...

Fortunately, neither is Bardo.

It's interesting. I'm not totally sure what Coaches opinion is regarding conferences, but Mike Kennedy and Dave Dahl have said on numerous occasions (or at least alluded to) that there is a faction of Creighton "brass" that are unhappy that they left the Valley and are traveling as much as they do. I'm not sure exactly who they are talking about, but many evidently think they've made a mistake.

I also know that they don't send as many to New York for their conference tournament. I go every year to St. Louis to the MVC tournament but I would rarely make it to Vegas, or other places farther away. It would be a better time but wouldn't fit my budget. Maybe 2K would go but not 10K.
Don't get me wrong. I would still root for the Shockers if they entered a more expensive conference but we would have a significantly smaller following.

We need to do something crazy and literally eject some teams. Rather than us having to look elsewhere, this conference needs to give 5 of its schools an ultimatum and dump them if they can't make it happen. Keep the name of the conference and drop the teams that don't want to try. I know that never will happen but that's what needs to happen. Open up 3-5 spots and fill them with good teams out of the summit and horizon instead of losing creighton and filling in for them with a terrible horizon team...
I'm gonna take a break before I really start ranting
