Bracket updated just now! Obviously QT is still a lock for a 1 seed while Casey's is showing last 4 out. I think on Sunday we'll see QT get the overall #1 seed and get to stay in the Midwest bracket. Goatlube is now saying that Casey's won't even get an NIT invite now that they blew their chance against lowly 7-11. In this particular case...I think I agree with him.

Hopefully they'll send QT to the South Bracket. The people down here need to know what real convenience stores are made of.

They are in Dallas/Ft Worth, Charlotte, Greenville, SC and the Atlanta area as well.

So Jamar is Texas Tech an absolute lock even if they lose today?

If they lose, RPI only drops to 41, KenPom likely still in upper 30s. 9-10 in the #1 conference is better than a lot of past BCS teams who got in. 20 wins. A road win at a likely 6 seed. Home wins over several protected seeds.

Yes, they would be safely in, probably in the 8/9 game.

I don't think they are. They'd be 9-10 in conference this year and 19-12 overall. Plus they'd add in a 150+ loss. 6-9 against Top 50 teams shouldn't get you in the tournament. Especially when two of those top 50 wins are against SD State and Ark-Little rock. Plus they've beaten a bunch of nobodies to get to 19 wins.

If they get in, it should be as a play-in game. They don't deserve the 7-8 seed that people are giving them.

Just curious how Texas Tech's 6-9 against the Top 50 shouldn't get them in when we are 4-7 against the Top 100 and feel like we should be in? They have played more games against the Top 50 and have a better winning percentage than we have against the Top 100.
