I bought my tickets (all sessions) from another Shockernetter (although I believe he's a Loyola fan) and received the tickets within four days of our transaction. Not thrilled about section 118 but I've read that it's possible to move around to unoccupied seats during a lot of the games. My brother's meeting me in St. Louis. First time attending Arch Madness and very stoked.

Any suggested source(s) of info for Shocker-related events or get togethers for the weekend?

Just going to throw this out there, since demand from MSU fans obviously isn't very high...

I have the following for sale... am asking around $60 apiece for them, but will entertain offers, I'm just hoping to get enough buyers for me to offset my cost of it!

Friday early-10 Tickets Available plus 1 parking pass
                Friday evening-9 available
Saturday-4 Tickets Available plus 1 parking pass
Sunday-10 Tickets available plus 1 parking pass

I'm willing to split them up, as long as I'm not left with a single ticket...

I've purchased Beer, Wine, and some Booze to have and also will have limited snacks included, as well.

If someone wants to buy all the remaining tickets, I'd drop it to just $40 per ticket per session.

Just send me a PM for more information, and if they don't sell by Friday I'll be putting on stubhub... I'll accept payment via PayPal and will mail Overnight via FedEx.

I figured they would be at Ballpark Village again, it was a pretty nice place

Is the team hotel public knowledge at this point?

Westin, always. ($300 per night Westin). We are going to stay in Clayton this year and avail ourselves of the $2.50 train ride to the arena.

Oh its less than 300 per night if you get the Shocker rate. Its still in the 200 dollar range. After the games the bar is a great place to maybe meet some of the players friends and family. The pep rally's will be held at the Ballpark venue on the 2nd level like last year. As was stated they start 2 hours before the game and is always fun and loud so if you don't want to stand in front of Shocker Sound get there early. Mike and Dave put on a good show and coach is always fun. Have always had a good time and will be going for the 12 straight year. Have met a lot of SN folks over the years and maybe this year we can agree to meet like at the Budweiser venue on the Ballpark side. Moose knows where so I will be there with my group a half hour before the first pep rally. So if you want to see me swing on by and I may buy you a beer. The Budweiser venue opens out to the large open area and I think we will be both inside and out into the open area as well. See you there.

I and my gang will all be at the Ballpark Village if the pep rallies are held there again this year, but the above post reminds what a disappointment Shocker rallies were in this venue last year!

First, it's perhaps a bit bigger, but not nearly as 'private' as pep rallies were in the Westin in previous years. If you couldnt get all fired up and behind the Shox after a big, noisy rally at the Westin, you were simply beyond hope! Rallies at the Ballpark? Meh, kinda sterile.

Worse, coach Marshall was a bit under the weather and skipped the rally last year IIRC (understandable), but neither the AD, Asst. AD, Dean, or even the locker room manager bothered to show up and cheer on the fans in his place. INEXCUSABLE lapse of respect for the fans in my books.

Of course, seeing Kennedy and Dahl, the raucous pep band, etc., still makes going to the rallies all worthwhile.
