What if the aim by WSU is to keep wraps on it and keep saying he isn't eligible for tonight, but knowing he is.

Then have WSU fans believing he is not.

Then basically announce to the world that he is by having him enter the game....

Didn't something similar to this happen with Orukpe? I remember his first game being midseason for some reason. Checking into the game to a huge ovation, swatting a ball 10 rows deep, getting a putback dunk on the other end, and then fading swiftly into mediocrity. Maybe I just dreamed that....

All I know is I took one of my finals Monday. She made it a point to tell us to not call, email or even ask. Grades won't be in until around the 15th.

That is a bit slow. I try to get my grades submitted within 3 days after the final. Though that depends on the number of students as well. It's also risky to wait until the last day they allow you to post your grades. Nothing like selecting a wrong grade and not catching it till the next day. If its the 16th? Hello extra paperwork!

My experience with final grades is that the timing usually depends on the nature of the exam. If it's graded using a bubble sheet, the final grade may be in that day or the day after. If the exam takes an extensive amount of grading and reading, it could be a week. I'll put the odds of Conner having 6 credit hours graded by bubble sheet at over/under: 75%

Not to mention some professors give final exams a week early...

I think we were the only class and there were close to about 20-25 of us. Not sure on folks who made special accommodations. With that said.. No bubble sheet, going to grade each on individually. And granted she's not a FT Teacher. So I get it. I have another final tomorrow so I am anxious on how that will turn out regards to grading and timing.

Is it a grad student? most often they have papers etc due this week so grading is last priority.

If this Professor is smart, he knows that where CF is concerned, he is a high priority.

I suspect there are a number of professors who would look down their noses at making an extra effort just to get a jock eligible and some who might even intentionally play it slow just to make a point. Let's hope that isn't the case in CF's situation.

They KNOW the situation. If it truly plays out like that, they would have to be the douchiest teachers on the planet. Usually, professors work pretty well with student athletes and gives them the benefit of the doubt.

6 hours is what, 2 classes? I'd be shocked and appalled if this doesn't get done before game time. And quite frankly, a little pissed.

But Will the everknowing Kunkel said it was a done deal so we should be all good.
