Zach Brown has to get his KU mojo.
I agree with the therapist. If six weeks proves to be correct, then VV has three weeks to go. He pulled up on October 31.

One time when Taylor was in the game at point, Gregg put on a set play. This play, I think required timing from the point guard on when to deliver the ball to the wing or when to get to the wing position. The play never developed and Taylor ended up playing one on one. When he came to the sideline, Gregg was not happy. There is a lot for a point guard to do in our offense. I think that Ty will be more ready to execute the plays next year. This year will be an extreme learning experience.

My guess is that he has six weeks from Tuesday. Playing thirty minutes probably set him back to ground zero.

            I would not doubt it.

I haven't looked at the replay but none of the other big guys were close to bringing it like him. He took some steps forward. Now he needs to do it consistently.
Don't hold your breath. I loved what he did in the second half, especially the put back. He looked as though he saw the play before it happened. ESU is one thing...doing it against varsity competition is another. BWam, I'm afraid, will, be generally a non factor this year.

His ACTIVE rebounding is what I'm talking about. Shaq just doesn't get it done. Gregg has said several times that all he asks Bush to do is play defense, set picks, rebound, and sometimes get a put back. He doesn't want him thinking about making offensive moves/plays. He's a back up all the way.

Unfortunately, he tried to play too soon twice and tweaked the injury on both occasions so not sure whether or not or to what extent that resets the start of the recovery period.

He's already better offensively, just the rest of his game.....

Like I said nothing against Anton, not his fault. They masked his defense at Cleveland State by making him kind of a goalie back there.

Again he can only do what he can do. The point of my initial posts was the other 5s need to pick it up in areas he lacks in.

That was like 7 years wasn't it?

I enjoyed listening to Bush on the post game radio show (player of the game); articulate young man. Impressed that he's the first one out to warm-up before games and said he makes 100 free throws everyday (maybe he shoots 200?). He sure looked good shooting both freebies today. I still think he will be a valuable part of this team; we'll likely need his size starting next week. Time to head to the Phog for some real entertainment. :)
