Looking at the latest Tulsa game thread it appears there are more "skippies" out there
besides myself regarding the newbies. I revealed my skepticism before the game by
suggesting the freshmen ( not LS ) were over hyped and now others have joined in.
What really troubles me though are the sophs that have game experience. If they
continue down the path they are on next years freshmen and Winston are going to
get plenty of PT. As for TT - I DO see similarities with him and Holland. Both blessed
with the physical attributes / talent but haven't connected the dots mentally on how they
can help the team more than themselves. I predict that CF and LS will be the team leaders
of the future.

Also I disagree about TT and Holland. Holland always appeared to have the Deer in the Headlights look when he made it in the game. So Far that is the exact opposite of TT. He just tried to do too much. We need to reel him in and focus his energy to finding the best team shot.

I believe it is too early to throw the babies out with the bathwater after their first real taste of NCAA basketball. I hope they use this loss as an opportunity to grow, learn, and light a fire with in them to hustle, man-up, and play the Marshall brand of basketball that Shocker fans expect. As for Shaq, I hope last night's performance was an aberration because the kid has so much potential.“Losers Average Losers.” ― Paul Tudor Jones

SHOXMVC - you need to work on your reading and comprehensive skills instead of your
attempts to demean others. Our opinions differ. Of course with a healthy FVV it is clear
to everyone who the two best players on the team are. Having said that it is
my opinion that an argument can be made for LS to be the next best player. Mark my
words LS and CF will be the two best next season. I am all for the growth of our
current freshmen to have very good careers here, I hope one or two emerge as stars, but
right now other than LS I am not seeing anything. Sorry, but I call things as I see them.
