Monmouth had one less loss than we did and two of them were horrible-Manhattan and Army...they didn't dominate their conference like we did and it isn't even near Valley level..which is bad.

They had a couple of good wins early in the year while we didn't...not enough in my opinion.

You're right. They do have 3 very ugly 200+ RPI losses. But it seems like those are always forgiven if you can counter them with good wins.

13 road wins. Non-Conf RPI is 100 points higher than ours. 4 more total wins. Neutral court w/l is 4-1 compared to our 1-4. Both their top 50 wins are on a Neutral Court, their other top 100 wins are on the road.

See, I can make stats work for me too.


Plus their bench is all the rave now for some reason, and that kind of publicity looks good to the NCAA.

Monmouth's KenPom ranking is also like 60 spots worse than ours after this loss is factored in. So they will have a worse RPI, significantly worse KenPom, 3 horrific RPI losses, and not many better wins.
