Fred is out, RN won't play to preserve redshirt. Baker, Shamet, Wessel, Grady, and Morris starting. Taylor will probably play.

Overall felling pretty good about the first half. Newcomers looking pretty darn good. Shamet is going to be a really good player, and Zach Brown and Rashard Kelly looked good. Zach was showing a great first step in taking it to the hole. Ron started a little slow then warmed up and played his usual steady game. WamBam still needs to work on his offense, great assist from Ron only to be botched up by WamBam. I like Gradys game, looks good in the paint. Mcduffie and Hamilton gave us a peek into whats to come...

FYI the game wasn't blacked out on ESPN3, I was able to watch it no problem. Maybe the new rights with ESPN3 allows it to not be blacked out?
Or maybe I just got lucky...who knows...."He called me around noon and was thrilled," Brandt said. "He said he was going to be a Shocker forever." -- RIP Guy, you WILL indeed be a Shocker forever!

Like the last couple of years I think our biggest strengths are team defense and depth. More
depth and team athleticism than ever. Hope we apply relentless presure defense from start to
whenever games are well in hand. Not worried about BW's contribution. He is smart and
knows his role. He was at his best the end of last season. Hoping for the same. I hope a few
freshmen that probably won't see much PT despite their obvious potential do RS but NOT LS.

I bet it isn't blacked out in the Cox 22 viewing area, but is in surrounding areas where blackout is enforced.People who think they know everything are a great annoyance to those of us who do. -Isaac Asimov

I would not be surprised if this team's ability to put points on the board surpasses the 2011-12 team with Ragland, Kyles, Murry, Hall, and Stutz.Shocker basketball will forever be my favorite team in all of sports.

Don't you have to have a cable package in order to watch ESPN3? I thought you had to be subscribed to ESPN to be able to watch online?
Just wondering. That is pretty cool if you don't have to."He called me around noon and was thrilled," Brandt said. "He said he was going to be a Shocker forever." -- RIP Guy, you WILL indeed be a Shocker forever!
