Some day I am going to die of laughter and it will be all your fault.

As long as he's not overly demonstrative. That will earn you a technical. Just ask HCGM!

      • Awesome, but not surprising, news! Seemed fairly clear from his consulting stint last year that 3G wanted to bring him back into the fold. Absolutely love the move. Is it November yet?

        • Will he still be allowed to yell at the Illinois State fans after a game for throwing quarters at the team?

          • Sure, Phi, why not? He just can't talk to the WSU players -- I figure anyone else is fair game, don't you think?

            • Count me in the Coach Jans fanclub and happy to see the man back on the bench (even though he sits several chairs down from the rest of the staff). While it's early it the season, I think his presence has already had a big impact. From Sully's Day After report on the Tulsa game, Darral Willis provides some insight:

"He credits Chris Jans, a former assistant coach at WSU who now works as a special assistant to coach Gregg Marshall, with helping him buy in to WSU’s rotation. It’s a check-your-ego-at-the-door plan that not everybody desires."

                • When Chris left I could see a drop off in some ways on the team. Now that he is back I think we are playing harder. He is a difference maker. Remember 2013?

                  • I really agree with the above.
