You must have seen something totally different than I did this year if you think Bush playing 20 minutes will do us wonders. If that happens something disastrous has happened to our bigs.

Both McDuffie and Hamilton shoot like Nurger (or maybe Zach Brown). Hamilton is a quick step, high flying athlete, but has limited offense around the basket in a half court set. McDuffie isn't going to post up a 6-7+ forward, but he will pump fake a big (or a guard) on the perimeter drive and score a layup. Great body control while in the air and very good in the half court. If these guys figure out the little things, there's no reason they couldn't play the three and four as sophomores and set up on opposite corners where they are both deadly. Frankamp, Shamet, Brown and Taylor on the perimeter (not all at once) will shred defenses when Shaq comes to set the high ball screen.

I'm shocked it took this long for this comment. You have a good memory.

I do have crow and a lot of Laurie's seasoning if needed...but I doubt it.

All depends on perspective, my friend. You could also argue that if Bush has earned 20 minutes a game, then something wonderful has happened with him. Your point that the current of version of Bush at 20 minutes is valid. I just think he has a jump in skill in him, similar to Chadrack from his Junior to Senior year.

I do love your optimism. I hope you are right. Don't hate me for sticking to my optimism, which is 10-12 minutes, 3/4.

I don't see BWam as the solution at the post, but I see him (as I saw Orukpe) as a specialty player, much like an 8th inning set-up man in baseball or an offensive tackle in football. They come in and play a specific role for the team that contributes to winning. So, why do 7-0 athletic basketball players that score 3 points and grab 4 rebounds get so much flak? Because of the rare 7 footers that do it all. The fact that they exist makes everyone hunger for something more, or long for the 6-9 center that averages 10 and 6. Bottom line is that BWam has an important role on next years team and will contribute to wins.

I posted at virtually the same time as you and predicted 3/4 as well.

I would say 10-12 minutes, 3ppg/4 rpg is playing a role.

Agreed and that's exactly what I expect and exactly what we need from BWam.

No hate at all, I thought Nurger was going to be big for us this year, so take my opinion for what it's worth. My official position is that having Thon Maker on the team would be the best option.

                            I would like Stephen Zimmerman.

Either would work just fine :)
