  • For those without Insider access, Trimble is #17 on the list in the article.

    • And on the other end of the spectrum, Anton Grady will be turning 24 just around the time we win the national championship next April.

      • I used to have Insider access. But now I am apparently an Outsider.

Just noticed while looking at the roster that McDuffie is still 17 years old. Won't be 18 until Sept 6. Keep growing!
They're still listing him at 6'8" but I think Hurley expected him to grow at least another inch if not two. I'm really looking forward to seeing him on the court, even at 6'8", he should be special.

          • Another non-insider here: who was #5 between Fred and Ron?

Skal at UK ... someone who hasn't stepped on college courts yet. One of the comments was from a UK fan saying that the list is trash because FVV is above Skal

                I don't think you're missing much.

I'm pretty amused that ESPN is in a tailspin these days. ABC had to spend a lot of time on their last investor call defending them. Growth has slowed significantly.

One of the things I like about the millenials is that they don't hesitate to cut the cord probably because they see cable as overpriced relative to value provided. Maybe a lot of us should follow them.

I think i paid 8 dollars for 4 years of ESPN the magazine a couple of years ago. It includes insider access. I haven't opened a single magazine since the subscription.

Saw this elsewhere, too. Sounds like a few extra weeks with Rosenboom and the weights, as opposed to traveling around on the PanAm squad, may prove to have been time well spent.

                      • Either they have crappy rims over in Spain or Quintin Brewer (ISUred Graduate transfer) might be decent this year. Someone to keep an eye on.

That new rim must have been very pro-Madrid, as they beat ISUr by 19 from that point on, and won by 2.

Yup just noticed that. Came back from 17 down at half. ISU won their first game by 40. No idea how to gauge that competition level.

Yep. I cut the cord about 18 mo ago; was worried that I couldn't catch the Shox on TV out here, but had to pay a ridiculous amount to see them (ESPN, ESPNU additional, ShockerVision, etc.) Turns out, you can catch ALL the games ( and pretty much anything else you want to watch) over the net, if you know how. (This, too, is how the millennials in our house helped out ol' Dad! LOL!)
