The better team one. ND shoots 50 percent for the year and shot a little above that again. It's hard to beat teams that are so damn accurate.

We need some scorers next year to rise up again. Basketball God willing, RB will be back and our front court improves exponentially.

tough loss, we had them right where we wanted them and then the timeout happened and they miss virtually no shots the rest of the game. All you can do is tip your cap at that point because the 85 Bears can't stop a team when they flip a switch like that.

ND played really well for about 30 minutes tonight. In fact, nearly perfect. If they play nearly perfect for 30-35 minutes every game the rest of the tournament, they won't lose.

ND was 18-24 from the field in the second half. It's hard to beat someone shooting like that, unless you're also shooting like that.
And we weren't.

30-5 and another Sweet 16 is something for our beloved Shockers to be proud of. Now I understand how ND defeated NC and Duke. We will miss Cotton and Carter lots and I wish them the very best in all they do in life. I love these Shocks and am thankful for a very solid Season and appreciate how hard our Players and Coaches worked to make this happen.

Lol did I say that? No, I didn't. I just don't see the point of knocking down that fan base to make myself feel better after a loss to finish off a great season. When the Royals lost in the WS I didn't say "Oh well, at least I'm not a Yankees fan". It's pointless. I don't even think about KU when I'm watching the Shox because I don't care about KU. They don't register in my life.

But whatever helps you feel better after a loss.

Hell of a season for the Shocks. I will miss TC and DC but I'm sure there are new faces for next year that will woww me just the same. This is and has been an awesome time to be a Shocker fan.

I really think that ND beats us 7-8 times out of 10. Maybe more. Just a ridiculously well-oiled machine. The cliche fits them perfectly.

That is the first team we've played in 4-5 years that I would pick to beat us over 70% of the time. I can't even think of the last team I would say that about off the top of my head.

I'm seriously hoping that Gregg was telling Shaq, Zach and Rashard to remember this feeling so that they can use it as motivation next year. If they don't, I'm sure he will remind them come next year's tournament.
