    • Virginia was the overall #2 seed not too long ago. This is not one of the better Michigan State teams about 6 weeks ago they were on the bubble.

Too bad Wichita State wasn't in the East.

Duke has a wide open shot at the Championship game as all the top teams are going down Nova, Iowa State and now Virginia. They also have Gonzaga as their #2. Have to hope Gonzaga knocks off Duke.

The door is open for Northern Iowa can they walk through it ?

      2014 DFWC National Champion $9,250 (288 teams)
      2015 RTS Fantasy Championship 2nd Place $25,000 (3120 teams)

2015 NCAA Bracketology (351 pts more than all 136 at the bracket matrix)

You miss 100% of the shots you don't take....

.....but, statistically speaking, you miss 99% of the shots you do take.

        • First time since 2004 a region lost the #1 and #2 seeds before the sweet 16...hell let's make it the first that loses the #1, #2, #3 and #4 seeds go Northern Iowa and Dayton!

          • Wow. UNI could really go very far if they get past today. OU is the best team left? I'd truly pick UNI in that game based on what we've seen. UNI might be poised for a dream run.

              • Can we just all agree that Duke has this and start the Shocker game?

You may be right. After the first week of action, the big 12 may be gone, while the LITTLE MVC still dance with 2

                    • I just went back and looked there has never been a year when 1 of the regions lost the #1, #2, #3 and #4 seeds before the sweet 16.

I was surprised to find out that since the tourney went to 64 teams in 1985 that 4 times the #1, #2 and #3 seeds were all knocked out.

It happened twice in 1 year in 2000, also happened in 1992 and 1990.

Hopefully Oklahoma and Louisville goes down and we can make a 1st.

                        • Dayton goes down. Too bad.

                          Go UNI.

Also I feel like I can say Go Turgeon, too. It works in the whole "root against the big 12" thing.

                          • Watching the Oregon/Wisconsin game and the announcer just said "Wichita State calling for time" (instead of Oregon). Looks like we are on every one's mind

                            • I'm rooting for West Virginia tonight, simply because with their frenetic style, I think they have a better shot at Kentucky than Maryland, while at the same time, I don't think our guys would be as bothered by a high pressure defensive team.

Indiana players said the B1G team that WSU most reminded them of was Michigan State. Reason: Toughness. When the going gets tough....
