    Yikes!

NCAA supervisor of officials John Adams says he later saw angle that showed ball go off Duke's Justise Winslow, but didn't call refs back to monitor.

"All four of our officials were involved in the review -- Jeff Clark was our standby," NCAA supervisor of officials John Adams told Tim Brando on Tuesday on SiriusXM College Sports. "We never saw on our monitor what everybody saw at home, if you can believe that."

    • 'lot of talk lately about how student athletes need to adjust to make the college game more "fan-friendly".. you know, it's ALL on them- shorten the shot-clock, reduce the 10 second count to 8 seconds, widen the lane, move back the three point line. etc etc and have at it.

but nobody wants to watch that shoddy officiating, first and foremost! this last final four should be a wake up call! officiating is a blight on the sport. maybe more replays are in order, but for gods sake, there is no reason to draw it out like they do on replays (and still get it wrong). officiating was the story, not quality of play, at this final four.

That's either incredibly suspicious or unbelievable incompetence.

How in the world is changing the rules putting the onus on the athletes?

they would now have 24-30 seconds to get off a shot, 8 seconds to get the ball past half court, 3 line extended etc

            are you serious?

they need to seriously look at officiating, like they did last year.

            later, gator

            • Yeah, that charge that got called a block was just garbage as well. Although, the block/charge call is the hardest to make, so whatever on that. I think the officials let Coach K get in their head and they let Duke mug Wisconsin the last 5 min of the game. So when you add up the missed calls and the blind eye to the muggings, then you get what you got last night.
