Unless Dayton wins tonight this will tie for the 2nd fewest upsets in the Round of 64 and 2 regions will have the 1-8 seeds still intact. I went through every year just now from 1985-2014 as 1985 was the first year of the 64 team tournament.
In 2000 only 3 teams seeded 9-16 won games that year two 10's and one 11. 2 regions had the 1-8 seeds all win. I remember that year because the 1st round was so boring with no upsets hardly the rest of the tournament made up for it as we had in the Elite 8 the following
5 over 3
8 over 7
8 over 6
1 over 2
In the Final four we had 1,5,8,8 seeds.
In 2004 only 4 teams seeded 9-16 won with 2 regions not having an upset.2014 RTS Fantasy Championship National Champion $200,000 (2460 teams)
2012 NFFC Online National Champion $100,000 (1872 teams)
2014 DFWC National Champion $9,250 (288 teams)
2015 RTS Fantasy Championship 2nd Place $25,000 (3120 teams)
2015 NCAA Bracketology (351 pts more than all 136 at the bracket matrix)
Kentucky Wildcats National Champions 2012 1998 1996 1978 1958 1951 1949 1948
The Ohio State Buckeyes National Champions 2014 2002 1970 1968 1961 1957 1954 1942

They gave Cooley a technical for that?? That's ridiculous!!
I'm rooting for Providance, because Dayton has gotten better treatment as the last team in then WSU did as a 1-seed (play on their home court in the First Four; play in Columbus in the Round of 64/32 as an 11-seed).The Assman

Dayton does not have a player taller than 6'6" this has been an amazing season for them.2014 RTS Fantasy Championship National Champion $200,000 (2460 teams)

Not really game related but wasn't sure where else to post this. I liked how during the WSU / Indiana game they showed some sentences recapping Friday's highlights. They mentioned Kentucky being at 35-0 and underneath it it said something like 'first time a team has done it since Wichita State went 35-0 last year'. So kudos for CBS for recognizing WSU for it - I imagine if ESPN was televising the game they would have just said 'first time a team from a major conference has gone 35-0' :)

So UAB vs UCLA is the first game of the day and a stand a lone game with all those great games they could have picked! Is the schedule pre-determined or something because why would they want to showcase this game this is the worst of the day.2014 RTS Fantasy Championship National Champion $200,000 (2460 teams)

So that just goes to show I don't agree with all officials all the time. In fact so far this has been a horribly officiated tournament. And don't get me started on the goaltending call. UCLA should not be playing right now.
I agree with you about Dayton. I feel bad for Boise St who got screwed the most. If I was boise sts coach I would be looking at a fine or suspension for my post game comments. If the NCAA and CBS wants to know why the tournament gets less and less viewers every year, they need not look any farther than this years selection committee and officiating. NCAA is turning into a huge joke. Ok rant over, time to go back to watching games

The schedule is obviously not predetermined or we'd know the start time to each game before the previous games are played.
