I certainly can't criticize you for that. I wish at times I would be more like you...but instead...oh well.

47% in high school...for his career, tells me he can shoot.

45% in international play (two gold medals) against the best in the world at his age tells me he can play with anyone.

Depending on which stat you lean on, he's either one if the best shooters in the country, or an overmatched freshman.

Just looked at Conner's game log on ESPN from last year. In games where he played 10 minutes or more he was 13-36 for .361, averaged 15 mpg. Less than 10 minutes, 2-12 for .167, averaged 4 mpg. The games where he played more were generally against lesser teams, but they do include OU,WVU, and Stanford.

      • I happened to look up at the Sports Illustrated cover that depicts, Cle, Carl, Chadrack and Demetric. Above the magazine name is a banner that reads as follows:

"Tiger Thinks He Is Capable of Winning 20 Majors." I wonder what the line in Vegas is.

Not sure about the line, but the math looks daunting. He sits at 14 majors, 4 short of Jack's record. I'm not convinced Tiger has 4 wins of any kind in him.

          • Tiger must find himself not his game. When he finds himself the game will find him.

Is that from Sun Tzu's Art of War?

If I had a gun with two bullets and was in a room with Hitler, Bin Laden, and a Creighton fan, I think I'd shoot the Creighton fan twice.

Or The Sphinx from Mystery Men. Terrible movie, though.
