    Much better rebounding tonight.
Shocker basketball will forever be my favorite team in all of sports.

I wondered the same thing...have never seen that before. Especially on one-and-ones.

Did anyone else hear coach say on the radio post-game interview (before it abruptly ended) that we will continue to play "at least" one game at Intrust? He seemed to put some emphasis on the term "at least." Looks like we might see more than one game at Intrust in future seasons.

This was an all out destruction tonight and we got an awful lot of scoring out of Evan and Rauno. This was a perfect response to the loss this week. 30 point blowout plus a bunch of losses by other top 25 teams will keep us up high in the polls. We just need to carry the momentum into this next week where we will need to look very sharp against solid opponents.

Well Rauno was the only answer we had for Poeltl the other night, so it made complete since for him to be the first off the bench when Carter got in foul trouble. And he responded like a stud should respond. Way to go Rauno.

Could I get a drink from the Gatorade Lady please, I'm mighty thirsty over here boss!

I hope the Utah return game is at Intrust, that was fun.

I am still not sure whether this year's Shox can be a top 5 type of team this year, but I will say one thing... They are so consistent and so good at exposing opponent's weaknesses that I just don't see how they could possibly lose more than 1-2 games the rest of the way given the relatively few quality opponents left. This team is going to be a top 3 seed come March and have yet another gaudy record.

On a completely different note... Who is the goober that sat behind the Shocker bench tonight? I've seen him at home and road games for over a decade. Was in the student section for years, now I see him in different places from game to game. Ski cap, same button up yellow and black shirt every game, gotee, sunglasses. Tonight he added some sort of ski mask part of the time and just acted like a goon for the cameras. A wild and crazy shockernetter perhaps?

The Utah game is at IBA. That was announced earlier in the week.

That's Hawaiian Shirt Guy (HSG). That's really all I know about him. Hopefully he's making the trip with the team to Hawaii in December, at least we know he'll fit in there.

OK. I confess. It's not me. :adoration:

Yeah, I don't know why people say that the atmosphere isn't as good as at CKA. It gets freaking loud in there. I think that we just have really rowdy fans that really get into it regardless of the venue.

Fun game, but I will say that those two stretches where we had only newcomers in the game were absolutely brutal. I suppose that it is a luxury to be up by so much that we can just throw them all in there just to see how they do. Trial by fire is an effective teaching technique. But good god is it torture to watch.

Quite a display this evening. Nice response to a tough loss a few nights earlier. It was nice to give the boys a sold out crowd off-campus to show how important they mean to the community. IBA sucks in terms of atmosphere, but it was still a fun time.

Absolute domination. SLU is just too young and too unorganized. Nurger was awesome. However, I can't believe they didn't give Player of the Game to Evan. That defined Player of the Game, pretty much in all facets. It was great to see the kid truly light it up. Hometown proud. You gotta give him that honor. Hopefully it sparks him throughout the year. Ron was smooth as always. FVV was under control. He ran the offense tonight. He didn't shoot a single 3 and made all 3 of his FG's. Think that might have been something seen on game tape Thursday after the Utah game? Great response Fred.

I think we're gonna be ok.
