      • Was in Stillwater visiting a buddy for KU-OSU and these last five years have done Eddie Sutton no favors. They need to fast track him to the hall of fame or it's going to be a posthumous induction.

Could not walk unassisted and looked incredibly frail. Sad to see from a guy who I grew up watching his fiery sideline demeanor (not to mention his fiery driving skills).
The mountains are calling, and I must go.

          • That was 1 heck of a game back and forth the entire game but Kentucky hangs on to win. What a freaking game. I stood the entire 2nd half I can finally breath now.

I was shocked. Hadn't seen him in awhile. Did he have a stroke? He looks as though he's on deaths door step.

Kentucky was almost perfect from the free=throw line where Florida was awful shooting throws. I don't want Kentucky to go undefeated this Season. Florida shot themselves in the foot from by missing so many throws.

                  • When did Willie Cauley-Stein become Larry Bird at the line?

I don't even think he touched the rim on all of his makes tonite.

Follow-up to the Follow-up: Believe it or not the injury did involve a foot to the head.

Mockevicius fell and hit his head on the court at Redbird Arena and, while lying on the floor, was accidentally stepped on in the face by Illinois State’s 257-pound Reggie Lynch.

BTW, I am not suggesting Lynch did anything intentional. He seems like a good kid to me. Now if it had been Missouri State's Tyler McCullough who had stepped on Big E's face I would have to wonder about it.

I think we are talking miracle recovery and finish.

I think WCS is a difference maker. Monster dunk last night. What might they have done if he had remained healthy last year. Instead, we were only one of two teams to face Kentucky with WCS.

If I could put on person in the NCAA on WSU's roster, it would be WCS.

He would provide something WSU lacks in and would be plain awesome to watch every game.
