i was slightly impressed with tulsa last weekend, though, believe it or not. hey, how would you like to try and advance the ball against the defensive triumverate of baker, van vleet and cotton?!

      Probably somewhere in between.

They did a pretty good job of avoiding turnovers.
You miss 100% of the shots you don't take....

.....but, statistically speaking, you miss 99% of the shots you do take.

                  • Missouri State down to UALR 27-32 at half in Springfield.

I think Marcus Marshall will heat up in the 2nd half and the Bears will get this one.

Update: I was partially right. Marshall did not really heat up, but Austin Ruder did and the Bears won 73-68.

Maybe the Shox won't fall too far in the polls afterall. Iowa State would seem unlikely to move up all the way ahead of the Shox (it is possible I guess) but we know for sure West Virginia and Arkansas sure won't.

I'll say the shox fall to 13

My guess as well, 12 if things go our way in GOI over the weekend.

                              • It is definitely a slight stroke of good luck to have a bunch of mayhem lately. I was figuring we'd probably flip-flop with Utah somewhere around 15-20ish.
