Unfortunately for them, he is doing more lately to come off like a donkey than Marshall but without any of the winning :)

      • Bama now back in the game with Iowa State. Hope Grant gets this victory in his last season down there.
Where oh where is our T. Boone Pickens.

Excellent analysis. I hope the Tide play this hard when they come to the 316. It will be a great game.

And it took every bit of that to subdue the Redbirds. Final Seton Hall 84 - Illinois State 80.

ILS just dug a little too deep of a hole but made a good effort to make it a game at the end.

                      • We're gonna eat Tulsa's lunch but they'll notch some good wins this year. Hopefully they can knock off the Pokes tomorrow night.

                        • Tulsa looks pretty decent; might give us a good game this year. This game against Auburn has been tough to watch and listen to. The refs and commentators are all but begging for Auburn to win. An Auburn player makes a nice play and the analysts spend the next two minutes raving about it, while at the same time Tulsa rails off six unanswered. It's kinda hilarious.

                          • Deontae Hawkins plays for the Redbirds so maybe they have a little chip on their shoulders against us... Coach talk... Bulletin board material...

Illinois State vs. Seton Hall (neutral), 8 PM on CBS Sports
Alabama vs. #14 Iowa State (neutral), 8:30 PM on ESPN2
Tulsa vs. Auburn (neutral), 10 PM on ESPNU
Almost all the right teams won and we just about had a clean sweep. Naturally the #8 Redbirds were the ones from the MVC that couldn't get it done. Alabama came close and Hawaii went down to San Francisco.
