DURHAM — It was almost perfect.
The Exeter High School boys swimming and diving team was great at Saturday’s Division I championship meet, held at the University of New Hampshire, but it would have…

That's a bigtime show of respect by the pollsters to elevate us two spots last week, jumping Utah and staying ahead of Iowa State by 43 votes. I'm really happy with where we checked in.
#10 vs. #11. Wow. Hopefully both teams take care of business midweek to make that game as polished and hyped as it deserves.
I think the most bizarre voter in the AP at least in terms of how he ranks WSU is Paul Zeise.
Preseason rank of #10
Moves us up to #8 for weeks 3-4.
WSU loses to Utah in week 5 and he drops us to #17
Week 6 he moves us up to 13 and then drops to 14 in week 7.
We lose to GW and he unranks us in week 8.
Week 9 we're back in his ranking at 19, then week 10 we're up to 13.
Lose to UNI and we get bumped back to 15 in week 11.
From here, he over the next 5 weeks we slowly work our way up to #8 in his bracket. And he has the Shockers the highest of any other voter.
Lowest - #17 (Cormac Gordon, Doug Haller, Tom Keegan)
Most Common - #11 (19 voters)
Cormac Gordon dropped us 3 spots, from #14 to #17 this week. Unleash the hounds.
IMO there are five AP Pollsters that consistently identify themselves as non-believing outliers regards the Shockers -
Doug Haller (Arizona) @ 17
Tom Keegan (Beakerville) @ 17
Cormac Gordon (Staten Island) @ 17
Soren Petro (Beaker County) @ 15
Jeff Faraudo (Bay Area) @ 15
While Scott Mansch (Great Falls Montana) @ 8 is a definite believer in the Shockers!
Nope, but maybe in the Coaches Poll? They were #12 in the AP Poll when we played them on February 15, 2003 and had reached as high as #10 in early January before their loss to Evansville.
This is the first AP Top 10 home opponent since 1992.
Edit: misread @_kai_:'s post to read 2003. 2013 is still incorrect though as they were #12 when they visited Koch that year as well.
