    Preseason rank of #10
Moves us up to #8 for weeks 3-4.
WSU loses to Utah in week 5 and he drops us to #17
Week 6 he moves us up to 13 and then drops to 14 in week 7.
We lose to GW and he unranks us in week 8.
Week 9 we're back in his ranking at 19, then week 10 we're up to 13.
Lose to UNI and we get bumped back to 15 in week 11.
From here, he over the next 5 weeks we slowly work our way up to #8 in his bracket. And he has the Shockers the highest of any other voter.
He might be dizzy or somethin'.

This is the first AP Top 10 home opponent since 1992.

Edit: misread @_kai_'s post to read 2003. 2013 is still incorrect though as they were #12 when they visited Koch that year as well.
I saw Paul post this before your post, so that's why I posted what I did. Here is Paul's tweet.

Gotcha, thanks. I always reference AP which can definitely create confusion.

I was a schmuck last year and just went with what ever had the higher ranking.

Petro favors P5 schools that play each other over good teams that beat up on bad teams. I am paraphrasing him here. He likes WSU and thinks we are really good, but has adopted the Seth Davis mentality. P5 teams above us will have lose a lot to fall below us. We will not climb over them.

He is not scared or afraid and for the record is a Syracuse alum..

Petro also is just 4 of 65 voters to still have Ohio State ranked. He has them the highest of anyone, ranked at #20. I'm beginning to think he just doesn't know what he's doing.

Or another explanation: they all have "favorite" teams they want to see improve by boosting the appearance of their school's opponents and knocking down other schools.

                          • Climbing from 13 to 11 is partly explained by a Game Day bump. Got to make the most of it and win the game.

Yes he earned a journalism degree from Syracuse but he grew-up in Prairie Village and returned to Beaker County after matriculating from Syracuse.
