I always disliked Derek Fisher as a player. I'm not sure why. He just seemed like the little kid in grade school that would walk past you while the teacher's back was turned and hit you on the way by, so you could retaliate just as the teacher turned and looked at you. As a coach, he's even worse. Melo is only 1/2 the problem. The other half is Da Fish.

That blame lets the entire NY organization off the hook, and that's not fair. That organization has lost their collective damn minds. Both "legendary" organizations, LA and NY, have gone completely dumb post 2010 when it become obvious to everyone but them that big talent doesn't NEED to be in a big city to become an endorsement star or global brand. Now, since they've been protected from that reality in past decades, they don't have a clue how to attract talent or build from the ground up. I look forward to watching them struggle for years, but I hope that Cle finds a better opportunity somewhere soon!

I posted something about wishing Cle could get out of NY and into a situation with a decent coach and management on The Shocker Faithful Facebook page and it had well over 100 likes, one of which was former Knick and Shocker, Toure Murry. Sad when former players wish someone could get off their former team.

Cle deactivated earlier today following his best game of the short season last night. Talk of him being sent to the D League for a bit instead of wasting away on the bench.

Frustrating start after a productive preseason for Cle. Hopefully management sees the light soon.
