Go to this link. There is a video of the oop from 8-ish different angles. Seriously.

    • That was a really weird box score. What? Four bench guys played more minutes than the starters? I ain't complaining. Give Cle the reps.

      • Knicks are in tank mode.

I expect Cle to play more minutes, to see what he can provide long term.

        • Things will get better down the road for the Knicks. Not this season, but sooner or later they will be competitive again.

This is the perfect scenario to allow Cle to prove his worth so that he can be a significant part of the Knicks' future.

          • I'd love to see Cle play a couple seasons in NY, get a lot of minutes because how crappy they are, develop his game, then sign with another team that has a future (preferably with the Rockets, so I can go watch him). No team with MElo will ever be worth a damn. Probably the most overrated player in the league.

                • Odd stat ... I say this with respect to Cle because he's not the reason that the Knicks are so bad, but its has to be hard on him to lose this much.

Hes played in 12 pro games .. All losses up to this point. In his 4 years in college he lost a combined total of 19 games.
                  2013-2014 (WSU) - 1 Game
                  2012-2013 (WSU) - 9 Games
                  2011-2012 (SCCC) - 4 Games
                  2010-2011 (SCCC) - 5 Games

So in the few short months hes been in the NBA, hes already experienced as many losses as he did in about in the 3 years prior.

That being said, I hope they continue to give him more minutes, get him experience and playing well. Then either build up the team in the offseason or allow him to go to a team with potential.

                  • Let Cle play his couple years and then sign with the Thunder and bring him back close to WSU!

While that would be nice, I think NY is the place for him.

NY is home, and that is tough to beat.

I don't know him personally but Cle seemed like the kind of guy who likes to win. I guess you can never say never when Phil Jackson is involved but I don't see a lot of wins in their future.

Plus when his contract is up, if he has played well enough he may have better financial opportunities. $$ is tough to beat especially if it means going to a better team.
