      • Thinking I was going to watch Cle this afternoon....no, Melo back, Staudamire back, and the Knicks activate the 2 acquired in the Cleveland deal. Cleanthony has been "deactivated" for the game in England against the Bucks!

Hang on, NCAABound -- I remember traveling across the pond on business back in the days when my company actually paid for us to travel business class: are you saying a quick turnaround trip to London is a good thing?

                • Saw an article that quoted coach Fisher as saying he sat Cle in order to give some of the guys who are on 10 day contracts a chance to show what they can do. Praised Cle and said he is looking good, has tremendous potential, and is getting back in to shape following the injury. Said that basically since he has come back that his game time has been his practice time and he needs time to have actual practices.

If he were smart he’d bench CA, the most overrated player in the NBA

Don't the Knicks want to win so they can make the playoffs?

                      Huh?

                      Oh.

                      Never mind.

                      • Nearing the halfway point of the 2014-15 NBA season, the New York Knicks are in full-on tanking mode. If the Knicks' terrible record wasn't enough to convince everyone of that, trading away Iman Shumpert and J...

                            • Looks like he was sent down to the D-leauge.

Hopefully just for a rehab assignment.

"I think this is great! Early hasn't been getting a ton of minutes for reasons ranging from an apparent ankle injury to Carmelo Anthony's continued presence (which is not great). Westchester provides a free chance for Cle to spin, especially with the schedule working out so nicely.

Meanwhile Early is still under contract with the Knicks. Assigning him does not open a roster spot.

This is a fine way to use the D-League. I look forward to watching the Cle-nasis duo get back to work against Sioux Falls."
