OK let me make this as simple as possible. Wichita State plays basketball in Charles Koch Arena. Coach Marshall has stated that he thinks Charles Koch is a great person. Koch Industries circulated a pin that tied the way Marshall coaches and their own business mantra. Life after coaching could be very sweet if you were tied to a certain Billionaire and had to make motivational speeches every so often. I really don't think HCGM is going to sell his future for a short term experiment for more money. By the same token I agree with DJ06 in that HCGM while he has been here there are a lot of things that are going on around campus like the new Technology campus and the new dorm. Coincidence? Dr Bardo has provided the vision and HCGM has provided the exposure.

Not only does he think Charles Koch is a great person but I recall a recent interview in which 3G was asked what individual did he most admire. His answer: Charles Koch.

Lutz needs a disclaimer on his articles saying "I know less about Wichita State than 90% of people in the city of Wichita, don't take anything I say seriously.

I hate to break it to you, but coaches salary is mostly covered by private donations, not athletic department revenue. If we can afford to get him to 3 million, it will be coming from the boosters.

Very accurate points. We're seeing something positive with not only the MBB program and WSU, but the entire SC Kansas area. HCGM is a perfect fit for Wichita.

I think it's pretty safe to assume it's true. If they haven't yet, they either will, or just aren't doing their jobs very well.
