Zub, what's up? You're reasonably levelheaded about most topics, but then you go postal when it comes to Simon. Yet you don't have a clue about his situation, how hard he works in practice, or anything else. What we do know is that WSU practices harder than pretty much any team in the country -- harder than their games, the players consistently say -- and that Simon is in there doing it along with everyone else, while carrying the extra burden of being a scout team player. We also know that every minute he plays is a minute FVV gets to rest, which is a good thing considering that Fred is leading the team with 31.5 minutes / game, is not a big guy, and has been banged up a few times this year. And from all indications, JRS is well liked by his teammates. So why the strange, almost personal animosity toward him? Did he cost you a big bet on WSU sometime when you had them to cover the spread but failed to do so because their lead dwindled a bit too much when he was in at the end?
Oh, wait -- just got a rumor in over the secret wire; maybe this will help explain what's going on. I'm not sure of the guy's name who passed it along, although I thought he said something about Ceballos.
Anyway, his story is that Zub used to live in the Oklahoma City area, and was dating the hottest chick in school: she had done some calendar shoots, had an audition with Victoria's Secret, that sort of thing. Zub was ready to take her to the senior prom, getting pretty fired up about being The Man, and maybe even hoping for a little unauthorized after-prom action with her -- and then, a few weeks before the big day, she broke up with him and started dating...a guy named John Robert Simon instead.
Hmmm...

33-0. It's hard to find anything to complain about ,I guess. Walkons aren't a problem, zub.One quick note before we present the rankings: With Wichita State’s move to the American Athletic Conference, the Shockers have moved out of the mid-major club. We wish the Shockers well against Cincinnati, UConn, SMU, and more.
