All right my new goal for the team is for Mr. Norlander in a bunny suit to be watching the Shockers play. I guess I'd pretty happy if he was just watching them play without his suit.

Shocks just need to make sure they don't overlook Northern Iowa is not just going to lay over, this could be a trap game. Northern Iowa still has recent basketball history, and Jacobson is a good coach. I agree their fan-base really seems fair weather. When their winning they have good support but when their not less hostiel crowds. But they will come out to see No. 2 come play. Like Marshall says, we don't have to be perfect just better than our opponents. I think we will win, but no cake walk, 72-63.I think we will control the second half, but we need solid halfs, both of them

I think it's the latter. It's the only suit Gottlieb owns. Only question is, does he borrow just the suit, or the whips and chains too?

I heard the game was sold out. Would It surprise anyone to think that our remaining opponents will only give cursory attention in practice to all other opponents except the Shockers. In other words, work a little on the upcoming game but practice continually on ways to slow down or stop the Shox. Their seasons are already pretty much in the tank (except Mo State), so why not concentrate on trying to upend the unbeaten and have that be your shining star of the season.

Perhaps, a defeat of the Shocks would make Sports Center, which would help them with recruiting. The flip side of the coin is the seeding race in the Lou. Our remaining games include UNI, SIU (home game), Evansville, Loyola, Drake (home game), Bradley, & MSU (home game). UNI, Bradley, & SIU are 5-6 in the MVC. Drake, Evansville, & Loyola are 3-8 in the conference. In short, UNI (road game), Bradley (road game), & SIU (home game) are fighting to stay out of the Thursday play in round. For @Shox21: scenario to play out circumstance will have to be favorable but it's not only possible but probable for this to occur.

I am most worried most about playing Evansville on the road.
