Let's hope we don't pull a SIU-type sleepwalking effort tomorrow night. Somehow, I don't think this particular team will be too susceptible to that.
I was just thinking about this yesterday. This team is probably the first one ever where I have zero stress or worry heading into games against the RPI 200+ dregs. Top 100 teams are always a challenge, and Top 50 teams can beat anyone on a given night, but I really don't even think about this squad laying an egg against a cellar dweller.

We've been good for at least one major dud a year for about fifty seasons and ya always had that knowledge nagging in the back of our minds before playing a Loyola-esque opponent. This season has been so much more enjoyable having total confidence in our guys to take care of biz against inferior teams.

      My prediction:

A decent RPI drop on Tuesday..

      after the ass whooping.

Loyola looks a lot like 2012-2013 Louisville, if our boys are right in the head.

Maybe we need our student section to start yelling insults at Cle.
I hope to see it. However, it might also just be that the rest of the team is more comfortable at home causing him to not need to do as much at home as on the road.

Man Im going to go out on a limb here because I havent seen but a few minutes of Loyola, and from what I've read. But I know they like to score and be score on. We like to score and play defense. We will be jacked, being that we will be back in our house. Clee is on a role, Baker is getting his grove back, and Fred is Fred. Wiggins is getting ready to be that 6th man of last year, so with the 3-headed monster dominating the paint and all cylinders firing I say 83-61. And all the fans go home very happy happy as the Duck Dynasty boys would say...

Respect every opponent. If you don't, you get yourself into trouble.

A very nice, low blood pressure home win. Shocks by at least 25.

Also, Loyola starts a pretty tall lineup. 6-4 6-4 6-5 6-9 6-10. So I'm interested to see if they are able to bother us at all with their height. I would guess no, but we'll see. I also hope the play zone for a little bit, possibly even a 2-3 zone if you know what I'm saying.

Expecting a nice game from DeRail.
