Thought you would never ask. You always leave a tip for a great dunk.

You miss 100% of the shots you don't take....

.....but, statistically speaking, you miss 99% of the shots you do take.

Southern California newspapers are reporting that Jules Winnfield watched the game last night. After seeing that dunk he stood up quietly, pulled out his wallet, and mailed it to Tekele Cotton.

Google "Jules Winnfield's wallet" if you need to understand (caution - profanity).

As far as the actual dunk... Good Lord. No words. I consider myself fairly educated on the great dunks of all time, especially by guards, and I would put that one up - if only for sheer force and explosion - against Kevin Johnson or John Starks.

If any of the old timers have a description of Warren Armstrong over Unseld, I'd love to hear it.

          • Teammate remembers Jabali as Superman

Old-timers still talk about the game against Louisville, when he went coast-to-coast and uncorked a thunderous dunk over the outstretched arms of Wes Unseld β€” an imposing figure in his own right β€” who seemed a little dazed afterward. The intensity of the dunk damaged the rim and brought down the house.

              • Is the dunk on the ESPN website? KU being seeded above us in bracketology sure is. I don't see anything about our game last night either.

                  • Someone should put together a "frozen moment" for cotton's dunk, like the Air Jordan, penny haradway commercials in the 90's. Lol. If you don't know what I'm talking about, YouTube it.

He looks like a dog trying to hump his masters leg.

He was doing it out of concern for Chadrack. What Tekele did was irresponsible. I mean seriously, his face might have melted off if he was too close to that epic jam. We should all be thankful that he saved Chadrack from that horrible fate.

the opening tip against WO. I also remember a story that he retrieved a quarter placed on
                                top of the backboard.
