Update for the end of the season is now complete.
There are some Team #1 records and a couple of other highs not attained since the 1950s.
This year's players are now included in a number of Individual Season highs. FVV is now the 2nd place single season holder in both Steals and Assists.
Even though the 2013-14 team's top players were either JUCO or still have seasons to go, you will find a good number in the Career Records as well.
Enjoy!

Out with the old, in with the new.
Shocker team and individual records have been updated. Old information, no longer relevant, has been taken off as well as any highlighted record by past teams/individuals. Yes, Cle's records are no longed highlighted.
I have left past individual season records by current players highlighted.
More numbers will be added to categories as they have meaning.
As always, if you see a mistake, let me know.

I wonder if there is any record for most regular season or overall conference wins for a player in his career?
With 52 and counting, the air has to be a little thin where Tekele is going to end up.
Well a quick look at SIU from '01-'02 through '04-'05 shows 62 wins (anyone remember why they missed a game in '01-'02?). WSU would have to go 17-1 to surpass that run....kind of amazing actually. I wonder how many 4 year players were on that '04-'05 Saluki team?
Answering my own question, it would appear both Brooks and Hairston would have fit that criteria. At least something to shoot for Mr. Cotton.
Of course, as of today, no current Valley program has managed to get the best of Ron Baker (29-0).

What continues to impress about the big scoring margins put up by Shocker teams this decade is how much less scoring there is these days vs. the early 80's, for example. A Shocker team that outscores its opponents by an average of 14-15 ppg these days is scoring a significantly higher percentage of its games' total points than would have been the case 30 years ago.

Baker now just 20 points away from 1,000.

Updated
Added: Triple Double Club, Coaching/Most Wins, Coaching/Winning %
Notes: This year's team jumped to what would be #2 all-time in Scoring Defensive Average if it holds, now in all-time Blocks, and, if it holds, would be listed in the all-time 3 point %.
Individually, Baker is now listed for 2 years in 3 Point Goals and VanVleet 2 years in Assists (only 1 more steal for 2 years in that category). Of course, Ron is now in the 1,000 Point Club and is now #5 in all-time 3 Point Goals. Fred is now #4 in Assists and only 16 away from being #1 all by himself. Tekele and Fred are moving up the all-time Steals list.
Let me know of any errors.

Remember when Nancy Pelosi said about Obamacare:
"We have to pass it, to find out what's in it".
A physician called into a radio show and said:
"That's the definition of a stool sample."

I was too lazy to update every single thing as I was just curious on Ron and Fred's individual career statistics, so I updated the stats involving them to see how they fare. Even added a new category at the bottom. Enjoy
