I don't know, but I don't want them anywhere near the Big Ten next year. That applies equally to basketball and football. We didn't want Maryland either, but at least they'll be able to hang in the middle of the pack, with occasional runs at the top, in basketball.

How long did that last minute feel like it took for you? It felt like an hour for me, and I didn't have a strong preference in that game.

I believe in the fouling the other team when up 3 with less than 4 seconds left but the 1 fear is what happened today and you could now lose the game instead of just getting tied.

I was 100% sure that last shot when it left his hand which was dead online was going in and the game was going to be lost.

No I always used to post them on CBS message board before the selection show with all the guys in the matrix on CBS but not sure where I will be posting this year.

So no I am not officially in the matrix so I get no credit for what I have done I just post em on CBS each year or used to since the brainiacs there decided to take that down.

I thought it was going in when it left his hand too. If he wasn't fading away slightly, that goes in.

Of course, it probably wouldn't have come to that, and we would have seen a different ending if Purdue didn't Purdue themselves and fumble the ball away down 62-60 with 10 or so seconds left.

                  • Cal Santa Barbara 21-8 gets crushed by 10-19 Cal Poly 69-38..........what in the hell is that ? They just won a few days ago in their last regular season game on the road at Cal Poly 71-55.....

Cal Santa Barbara won at UNLV by 21, beat Cal this year as well

This is the kind of stuff that I hate about conf tournaments I really wanted to see a UC Irvine/Cal SB final

But then, it's not like we're comparing teams that are 3 apart in the RPI and SOS. Team B's RPI is 71! spots higher because they lost to a bunch of good teams in conference instead of losing to a bunch of mediocre teams.
Losses were indeed to better teams, but you fail to mention that Team B's 12 wins were a little better than Team A's 12 wins. That had some impact as well.

Oklahoma State has really, really good guard play. Does scare me a bit, honestly. Smart, Forte, Brown, Nash.. those are four really good players. We are much much deeper, and I think we would win. But that is a heck of a tough 8 or 9 seed. Playing well right now, too.

                              • I had a root canal two weeks ago and I can honestly say I'd rather do it again than listen to bob davis. Does ku ever make a mistake? Painful.
