The likely increase in wins would be over similarly ranked 170+ RPI teams _that they are now forced to play_, and would likely be offset with additional losses to those same teams -- giving no discernible boost. But there will be a CLEARLY discernible drag on their RPI, which is what we see every single year in the mediocre conferences where the top flight teams (and even mid-flight teams) don't get to play very many high RPI opponents due to a very intentional scheduling blockade.

And Louisiana tech lost, which allows Tulsa to improve to a tie for third in C-USA. There is some parity at the top of that conference, and oddly enough, Tulsa is in the mix to darn near win it
