Here's another question: If we had held on and beat Louisville by 8-10 points, what would the point spread have been for tonight vs Michigan? Might we even have been favored?

Based on some of the prop bets open prior to our games Saturday, I'd guess us to have been a 3.5 dog to Michigan, 2.5 to Syracuse.

The final poll ranking is probably not as big a deal as it otherwase might be because of our Final Four run. Everyone will remember we were one of the Final Four teams standing. The final poll might be useful for recruiting purposes, especially in a year where you don't make the final poll. But the Final Four appearance overshadows any final poll ranking in my opinion.

What will stick with a recruit. We finished #X in the final Coaches poll --or-- We made the Final Four and came within a gnat's eyelash of making it to the Championship game -- we just need one more stud like yourself to push us over the top.

As long as we're ranked ahead of Pittsburgh, Gonzaga, La Salle, and Ohio State. We should be ranked ahead of K-State, but I'm not sure about KU.

Looks better than MI, so 2. But nit in championship game so will take a 3. But probably in the receiving votes category. Kenpom rated WSU's run to final four as toughest in 11 years. But Pitt played bad. So did Gonzaga. LaSalle ran out of gas. SVP & Rusillo on ESPN radio stated Ohio St had the easiest path to the title because they got WSU. They thought Dieng should've played better against "that level". CBS didn't even know how to break down the Shox.
What's decided on the court 3-5. What cooler heads prevail in the media 24-25.

I like the final poll, we were one of the last standing and we had to play a very hard draw to get to the final four, we should and will be in the top ten. If we played in the big ten, i say we finish top half, beat Iowa and ohio, them coming to our arena, i say we would do just fine...

lucky to beat pitt, they had a bad night, really...Gonzaga didnt play good, so we won..really. We controlled those games and out played them, there was no luck. I think it was fair, but I am still irritated that the other 3 teams in the final 4 were ranked 1 through 3 and WSU was ranked 6th.
