Remember when Nancy Pelosi said about Obamacare:
"We have to pass it, to find out what's in it".
A physician called into a radio show and said:
"That's the definition of a stool sample."

In college ball, he's guarded 6'8" guys and made them look foolish. That's not going to happen in the NBA. He's kind of Warren Armstrong type, but doesn't have the passing skills Armstrong had. Armstrong never made it to the NBA.
"Armstrong never made it to th NBA" One of the most misleading statements of all time. Only, the bidding war between the ABA and NBA kept Armstrong out. If I remember correctly, Armstrong was also a late round NFL draftee.

I don't think Tekele will be able to hone his PG skills in any games his senior year. PG play will be taken up mainly by FVV with backup from Henderson. Baker will need to hone his PG skill in case he decides to enter the NBA draft next year, so he'll be third in line. Then there is Holland, who could get some playing time at PG. Cotton would be the fifth in line, if it comes to that.

Or boxer, but I like him to much to see him get punched.Shocker Nation, NYC

Here's a question. If WSU wins the Valley and FVV, Baker and Cotton all have big seasons within their strengths, would Tekele's notoriously solid D be looked at with the same kind of favor... Enough to beat out either one of those guys for the award?
For example, if Baker averages 16 points a game, FVV has an assist/turnover of 4:1 and averages 14 points and Cotton averages 12 points a game with 6 rebounds and schools every star he faces along the way in MVP fashion, would the other guys get the award anyway?

The one thing I want to see from Tekele is his scoring start well instead of him waiting till the middle of the season to start having big games. It seemed like it was in the MVC tourney when he would just be lights out. If he could do that fairly consistently throughout the year, he'd be a candidate for the NBA.
But I really can't ask much more from the guy. He's so fun to watch.
