There were a couple instances where GM responded to a question with a one word response and answered Dan's questions with a question. A) you can tell GM was put off and b) this got Dan in smart aleck mode. If this was Mike K., Rick Pitino or Jim Boeheim, I guarantee you Dan's sucking their ass.

Dan, if you bring Jim on I expect to hear a question about the inappropriate sexual allegations of his former assistant. You bring Rick on, I better hear about his latest black eye of cheating on his wife and banging his mistress on a restaurant table. I'll hold my breath in the meantime waiting.

Gotlieb has sort-of been positive about our program but has done so with hesitation. If you remember back to the Pitt game he had little to no interest in saying overtly positive things about WSU. In fact, it was a relative Pitt love fest until it was obvious they weren't going to win. Gotlieb then had an opportunity to interview Marshall during the tournament which has probably led to some of his "positivity". But make no mistake, he has picked against us in every game other than LaSalle and is most assuredly doing so in the game this Saturday (just like everyone else outside of Wichita). If you listen to his show throughout the season you will see he is an elitist when it comes to conferences and basketball programs. Don't get me wrong, I don't expect everyone to glad hand us because of this run but I would beware getting pulled into thinking Gotlieb has any interest in our program. Plus he pronounces washing machine "warshing machine" which should concern poeple.

As for the douche super tanker, I do like it but it just doesn't roll off the tongue like douche canoe.

I just watched today's Dan Patrick Show. I recorded it this morning in the second hour of the three hours they have on TV DP spend most of segment talking about what happened and that talked talked to HCGM and will leave parts of it private. Then he gave an apology to coach and our fan base. I don't listen to the radio version of the show and that might be why I have different opinion. I believe there are extra parts in between bumps and ad's that they show on TV and is not on the radio.

It's water under the bridge folks lets do what coach is doing a focus on the game and realize the national media has to catch up with what we all know very well about our program and coach.

Here is the link to the 2nd hour. An important part of the conversation happens starting around the 21:00 mark while talking about Wes Welker. Then at the 22:00 min mark he intro's what he is going to talk about after the break, then at 23:00 after break he talke about his conversation with Coach Marshall.

I'm over it. Sounds like Coach is over it as well.

Actually a pretty stand up apology IMO.... sounds like Dan got humbled by HCGM... welcome to the clue. :)
