I had some friends go to New Orleans last year. No tickets ahead of time. Got some decent seats before the ku game at 50$ each. Of course they missed the first game but as they were on their way in Louiville fans were selling their championship game tix a big discount. Many of these were from their section which means lower level. Certainly a viable option for students or people who don't want to plan ahead. Of course if the shox aren't in the second game it could ruin the chance of getting tickets. But then again if they win the 5pm game they can certainly find a fan of opposing team or the other loser from later to buy some tickets.

Talked to the alumni association people this afternoon. Tickets will be available through the WSU ticket office, without the additional travel package. They will be awarded based on priority points. So I'm guessing everyone who wants a ticket will need to call tomorrow to get on a list, and then they will award tickets.
You miss 100% of the shots you don't take....

.....but, statistically speaking, you miss 99% of the shots you do take.

Lots of tickets by owner and dealer on Craigslist. Some pretty good.

Grabbed the Hyatt Regency downtown off of Priceline as the "discounted mystery hotel" for about $250...if you want to try to stay close.

We filled out the ticket request form in advance, and requested the final four. Haven't heard whether we have tickets or not. Any one else do this, and have you heard anything? Hate being in limbo here.

I have a hotel room I am looking to get off my hands. 1 King bed from Friday-Sunday night. Embassy Suites at Centennial Park. I'll give you a fair $, far below what I had paid for it. Please message me if you are interested. If you are looking at arriving on Thursday let me know as I might be able to work that room for Thursday night as well.

I've got four seats in section 101 and I couldn't be happier.

I have watched every game of the tournament from the same seat on my friend's couch. I really hope that my presence doesn't screw up our mojo!

I believe rooms at the Embassy Suites are going for $999 a night. Anything cheaper would be a steal.

I am not charging anything close to $999...less than half of that price.

What is going on with student tickets? Can't find information anywhere.

Craigslist in Wichita seems to be flooded with people from other cities looking to unload their tix or hotel rooms. Still expexpensive but probably cheaper than face value. Of course it's craigslist so buyer beware anyway.

Any idea how many tickets WSU will be allotted? SASO said we sold about 800 (of the 1,250 allotment) for the LA games...just trying to gauge my chances at getting tix only.
