Malcolm was pathetic tonight. Cle found his inner juco. TU was the better team tonight. Without Carl, this would have been a minor blowout.

We never had the mental toughness to win tonight. I love this team but oh man am I disappointed. I hope they use it to grow and learn. Say goodbye to #23 and hello to fighting for respect.

We'll still be in the top 30. You don't have to "fight for respect" when you're a top 30 team, 9-1 on the season and losing your one game due to awful, awful shooting and being on the road. If we go 2-0 or even 3-0 in our next few games,we'll be ranked again.

Big whoop. We lost and it's because we shot about 60% from the line and 30% from 3. Off night. No need to be disappointed.

PS: The refs didn't help our case, either. Just one bad night all around... outside of CH.

Even I'm pissed. Shockers not allowed to play defense or offense thanks to the worst one-sided reffing I've just about ever seen.

How many and-1's should've been waived off because it was an offensive foul? How many charges did the shocks draw when it should have been blocking?

How many ticky-tac fouls got called on the Shocks when Hall came and swatted the shot?

It was tied at 59. Everything Tennessee made after that was FT's.

Someone tell Armstead that there are 4 other players on his team, so he will not try to be a one man show. We didn't get the ball to Hall when we should have, when it was tied last. Early was a liability this game. Our lack of Offense showed up this game.

This is pretty much the team I've been afraid of all year long. Dumb, dumb mistakes. Early stupid fouls. Two Techs? And a lot of dumb, dumb shots. Add in a lot of missed FTs and we are out of the top 25

We're gonna have to, our SoS is projected to go down 68 spots the rest of the way. We need to go 18-2 (not counting BB) to tread water in the RPI.

Margin for error's pretty small when the MVC is this bad.

As I feared, if we let Tennessee to hang around, they're going to find that one guy who was going to light us up and that Golden kid sure enough found a way to get it done and we could not answer. They hit their shots and we didn't. Good for them, bad for us.

TN on a 25-10 run ever since we had that 6 point lead.

Selfish guard play did us in. Hall's effort counts for nothing.

Our defense was horrible this game. We let them score easily (much better shooting percentage than their average), and on top of that we bailed them out by continuously sending them to the line. We have to stop giving our opponents 30-40 chances to make free-throws.

At least this is probably the worst we will ever see Early, Williams, Baker, and Armstead play as a group. Those 4 guys lost the game by themselves. Only a great Carl Hall performance stopped this game from being a blow-out, because each of those players were outplayed, and badly. Bad shots, bad turnovers, STUPID FOULS!
