While Quincy's percentages are off the charts good (except usage being off the charts bad), there is so much fail in those stats I am in disbelief.

Hill came out hot the first 3 or 4 games this season. He's been trying to chase that high ever since.

He needs a coach to wrangle him in. Get him under control. Know when to hold them, know when to fold them type sh*t. Every one of our players could be better if the coach just knew what to do.

Jameis Winston has a great quote of something he learned while playing in New Orleans. "Be Bruce Wayne until you have to be Batman, but you don't have to be Batman all the time." Of course, Jameis never really put that in to practice all that well himself. But still. Hill could learn that sometimes the best thing he can be is a role player. Be the dude on defense. Distribute on offense. Value possessions.
