A partial list of drastic changes I would like to see that don't require personnel changes:
1. QB touches the ball every time down the court.
2. QB does not leave the lane on defense. Ever!
3. QB does not come out unless he takes himself out or has 3 first half fouls.
4. QB takes a hit of gun powder or lemon juice before the game or whatever stimulant is necessary.
5. At least 5 passes before a shot or at least (see number 1).

What does USG% mean?
In NCAA basketball, Usage Percentage (USG%) measures the percentage of team plays a player uses while on the court, considering shot attempts, free throw attempts, and turnovers.
For centers, a high USG% typically falls into these ranges:- Elite (30% and above) – This level is reserved for dominant post players who are the primary offensive focus (e.g., Zach Edey, Luka Garza).
- High (25-30%) – Very involved in the offense, often a first or second scoring option.
- Average for a starting center (18-25%) – Contributing significantly but not the primary focus.
- Low (<18%) – More of a defensive or rebounding presence than a go-to scorer.
