    • I waited to see if I could get the stats, but man, D. Will is a neutral player so far. Way too many dumb turnovers every game. He's got to make better decisions as a senior. I'm not saying he stinks, but he needs to play a better floor game as a senior....every night.

There's the Demetric that floated in and out of Gregg's doghouse his first couple years and there is the Demetric that played so well during the Valley regular season last year. We're seeing the first one so far this year. We do him to be more solid in his judgement.
Where oh where is our T. Boone Pickens.

        • Weren't at least two of DW's turnovers lobs into Early? DW certainly could have made better passes, but it was a good though and CE could have moved a bit to the ball.

On one of them Early didn't even appear to jump. The other pass was within a whisker of being a great feed for a lay-up. I thought Early was a little off today... especially when he jumped 'early' after a missed free throw by Air Force. They ended up hitting a 3 on that possession; potentially a 5-6 point swing in the first half.

            • DWill also kept us able to win with his clutch threes.

              • I'm just glad I don't have to hear all the crap coming from a couple of my Academy buddies at work tomorrow. Their offense definitely put us off balance, but I thought HCGM made a good adjustment to switch on all picks. We do a great job of hedging the screen, but USAFA slipped some of those screens and left our "hedger" high and dry when his guy headed to the basket. Though, the switching did get us some mismatches. I know one time MA was stuck guarding their Center. However, there were few excuses on some of the bone headed things we did on offense.

Hopefully, this is a good reality check for the team to not take any team lightly from here on out!

                • Man I dared not travel to Shockernet as I had to watch this game 2 hours after it began. Talk about a stressful finish. Nothing like being up only 2 points with 3 point specialists knocking on your door. Nice close out though. Atta boy Carl. Early struggled quite a bit tonight, but he can't be the best guy on the court every night. Malcolm was STRONG. The flow of the game went one direction when he was in, and another direction when he was out. Glad to see FVV get some experience against a very good senior laden opponent. Man I think AFA is gonna kick some butt this year actually. Glad to see Ron Baker hitting his 3s early. Wessel with some seriously nice passes in the first half. It's all been said tonight already, but I just gotta repeat after watching this matchup. So proud of 'em!

                  • I'll admit, Williams does show up when we need him to. Otherwise, some dumb mistakes here and there. But yeah, I'd call him nuetral too. He's by no means a BAD player though

I agree- I wondered if he might have been feeling sick. He definitely looked a step slower than usual.

I read on twitter (yes, this old fart has twitter) where Cle said, "Get me back to where the airs normal."

During one of the last timeouts he appeared to be breathing very heavily.

Is it illegal for college players to use medical solutions like oxygen tanks, IV's, or pharmaceuticals in low oxygen environments?

Thanks. I was wondering what that current stat was.

you know with as much money as the school makes especially with athletics I wonder why they dont have at least a couple of those treadmills where it allows you to adjust the air to mountain atmosphere. I mean granted we're not always going to play in those conditions but you would think it would allow our guys to be in the best possible shape (Not saying they arent now)
