Air Force vs WSU live stream

Actually the picture on 22 is crap, but the picture on 2022 (HD) is quite good. However, GoShockers says the game will be broadcast on KS22, but looking at the Guide on TV, it is not shown. There is a Women's Collegiate Basketball game between KU and, I believe, Minnesota. Anyone know what's going on?

Yes....the AF AD will stream the video and the commentary will be our local Air Force commentator (Jim Arthur) that is giving he same game play by play on Colorado Springs am740. I was on a business trip for one of our home games last week and it was a very good production and Jim always does an excellent job of broadcasting. The only downside (so be prepared) is that it is the same video as the big screen scoreboard so they will ofen show replays which takes away from live action if it's a quick 'up and down' transition on the court. I for one am glad its on Cox 22 as metro sports up in kc picks up the games. As a Time Warner subscriber I wouldn't get the games if it was on kwch.

I'm glad it works out well for you, but I'm sure there are a lot more fans not getting to see games because of Cox than if it were on KWCH.

If this game isn't televised on Cox 2022 (HD), I will totally blow a gasket... especially if a women's game pushes us to Cox 22. Eric Sexton will not want to hear from me. *&%$#&!

I was just about to post this "Can you imagine how ape$hit this board will go when we miss the beginning of our game for the end of some stupid ku womens basketball game?" but then I looked at the paper and it says the womens game is going to be on Cox 122, it is also listed as being on 122 on the Cox guide so I bet they just didn't update our game on there yet.

Sucks that they aren't showing the Butler game tomorrow on 122 instead of the ku game.

Metro guide shows the game at 7.... Either they arent showing it live or my guide is wrong.

I believe that KSN and WIBW control what is shown on KS22, so if they don't give Cox the information for the guide, then there's nothing Cox can do about it.

I for one can't speak on behalf of cox communications and far be it for me to say that they are the best in the industry, but I commend them for stepping up and picking up these broadcasts. I never have a problem with their broadcasts on Ch 2022 and think the quality is great. It's great to see them step up and broadcast local high school games as well as support our Shockers. I don't see Dish or Direct bidding for rights to air these games.

I think some of y'all don't quite understand the way the tv situation works. Cox didn't just play super hero and pick up the broadcasts because nobody else would. They just simply bought it out in hopes of people would switch tv companies to watch WSU. It's not uncommon for the cable companies to squish out the network stations. Medicom does it for the Missouri and Iowa schools. Comcast does it for the Illinois schools, etc. Dish or Directv don't "bid" for broadcast rights. Cox simply overmatched KWCH or whatever with their bid and WSU gladly accepted the bigger payout, despite the fact less Shocker fans can watch the games. If KWCH would have picked up the games, ALL television companies would be able to carry games - Cox, ATT, Dish, Directv, etc. - not just 1 like there is now. Cox certainly doesn't deserve kudos in anything. KWCH would have picked up the games. But WSU chose to go the money route. Go figure.
