  • WSU versus AIR FORCE predictions and discussions

Here's the deal. Let me start out by thanking each and every Armed Forces person that has served or is serving our great Country. We enjoy freedom in the USA!!! Without you each of you, even a Forum such as SN would not be possible. Thanks! Air Force struggled last Season but seems to have all returning starters back. Winning on the road is not easy, but our beloved Shockers must do so.

Didn't they take Colorado into overtime at Colorado? This wont be as easy as I once thought. We will win 68 to 60.

They played a close game with Colorado up until the very end and Colorado ended up winning by double digits when afa finally ran out of gas. Then Colorado barely holds off Texas southern in 2OT in their next game. Colorado isn't as good as the Shockers but this game is certainly going to be a potential stumbling block.

I still expect a win. Would sure love to be there if I could be.

Offense shows continued improvement, EO back in the lineup...

            79-62

Give back about 8 points because I like Air Force and its in their house and I really like ltcpilot...

            75-66

Im thinking a slow progression to a 15 point win for the Shocks...but if we are hittin the 3 the progression will not be slow.

A double digit win by the Shocks will mean it is a great day.

51 and 42 percent? WOW. Got some shooters on that team. Looks like we'll need to lock down the three line.

Please consider that those stats included games against 2 non-D-I teams, (who they outscored 185-111), 4 D-I programs who have an average projected RPI of 282, and a very good Colorado (who they lost to by 15 and was outrebounded 45-17, 14-4 on the offensive board).

That said, WSU cannot leave a man open in the corner while they try to double down low.

WSU has a much better commander-in -chief, wins by at least 18.
