Why don't you people stop crying? There are 8 days until the game and I'm sure there will be plenty of promotions left. There may not be 15,000 at the game but there will still be a great crowd. To expect a non-season ticket package game to fill a 15,000 seat arena in 24 hours against a less-than-exciting opponent is a bit much don't you think? Every ****ing thread - all I see is crying and whining. We are 9-1, most likely going to the NCAA's again. Orukpe is going to get healthy again. We are going to pound Valley foes into the ground. Could we be a little more positive about things in general for a day or two? FFS!

P.S.

If I was a Shocker fan contemplating going to the game at IBA and saw all this bitching about how terrible the attendance was going to be I would just forgoe buying a ticket. Let's tone it down a bit. Things are going to be fine.

Thank you - it is going to be a great game with a great atmosphere. The Shockers are just fine and I like our chances in the valley.

I can not be at the game for family/holiday reasons. But because I want butts in seats rooting on our Shockers, I have donated two tickets to friends who would not have gone otherwise. I know they will represent quite well. Tis the season...consider doing the same. It will feel good!

Well that is not a good sign. If they continue to only sell 238 tickets a day, there will be plenty of empty seats. Let's hope sales pick up this week.

I haven't really heard of any other promotions still going other than the $5 off (#WATCHUS) or the 4 ticket family plans ($21.50 for $29 seats or $29 for $39 seats).

I went online to buy four more today with the #watchus promo code and Intrust wants to gouge me with $19.00 in convenience fees which basically negates the discount. WTF? Any way around that?

Go buy in person at the IBA box office. I always buy in person to avoid the fees.
