Aren't both teams guranteed a certain amount of money from the promoter for playing the game?

Yeah, this game isn't included in the season ticket package so it could be a net plus. However we won't be getting concessions or advertising I don't think. If this game was part of the season ticket package then we would definitely be losing money unless we were guaranteed somewhere around 250k. I think both teams get 100k for showing up.

I was wondering the same thing. The certificate reads “Promotional Value valid from 12/22/2012 12:00 AM to 12/23/2012 12:00 AM. Valid only on December 22, 2012."

So if that means you can only redeem at the box office on game day then that’s going to be one big cluster.

Anyone remember the logistics a year ago?
