By the way, I HATE the idea of a fifth media timeout and will be PISSED if The American uses it.

Agreed. Have four 10 minute quarters, but with just ONE media TO at the 5 minute mark. Make the between quarters break and the media TOs long enough to suit the needs for commercials. Or do some commercials in such a way that the game can continue - bottom bar advertising, or side by side window like you already see in some sporting broadcasts. Give them two a quarter. Either two hard ones or when a team calls their first TO under a certain time left it turns into a media time out.
That way, it gives them their five media timeouts and it finally makes college men’s game on par with the rest of the world playing quarters.The AssmanComment
