When I lived in Wichita long ago, I thought Taco Bell was Mexican food. After having lived in southern Arizona for over 35 years, I've learned better.

There's a lot of good Mexican food in Wichita and Kansas these days. Topeka and Wichita must have more Mexcian restaurants than anything besides burgers.

Just like Velveeta is cheese "product", whatever that means, I think Taco Bell and Taco Tico are "Mexican-like food product." But I still like tacos and sanchos at the Tico. I do not know how they stay in business though.
