That's correct. FHCIB will get the full severance amount no matter where he's employed. It just depends on who is paying how much of it.

Not just less than market value, but "pennies on the dollar". Not a sign they are investing in basketball.

They just did this in football with Biff Poggi, but that was because he is a multi-millionaire who doesn't need the money and it allowed them to spend more on assistants. IB is a good recruiter, and his Xs and Os were improving, but I'm not sure his ceiling is much higher than the NIT at a school like Charlotte.

I didn't say they were improving to an acceptable level, but they were certainly improving. Compare the offense from November to the offense in February.

Understand what your saying but not sure IB has a ton of leverage considering a scenario to return to AAC. That would be a lot higher level than what I would have guessed his next entry point would be...I was thinking SWAC, Southland type of job.
